The room is 12x10. Ceiling fan. There is a small desk, a tv, mini refri, coffee maker ( noone lives without coffee) The bathroom is equiped with hair dryer, soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels and other little things we may have forgotten. there is also cleaning surplies if necessary. Sure WIFI
