Cozy in-law apartment in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood. Great for a couple, a single person that is "working from home," or young friends. Unique touches like local art (including a hand-painted shower curtain), equipped kitchen, and a mini library out front in case you forgot your book!

In a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to Chinatown, Pilsen, Sox Park, Midway, and McCormick Place.

The space
Bridgeport is a working class community and this is an old home (built in the late 1800s) so expect some character.

The Airbnb is small, but functional with two private rooms that can function as bedrooms or one bedroom and an office, a large kitchen with a dining table, a living room with a TV, and a full bathroom. The laundry room is shared with the upstairs unit.

Although this is technically a basement unit, it is not underground and has front windows to the fenced-in yard.

Family friendly neighborhood that was home to one of Chicago's famous political families, the Daleys. Bridgeport is changing a bit and has new restaurants like Pizza, Fried Chicken, Ice Cream and the Duck Inn as well as institutions like Phil's Pizza. Lots of parks which makes walking with kids or dogs fun.
