*IMPORTANT* JUNE 2022!!!
We just got our roof replaced here at the Lily Pad! We are awaiting scheduled interior work, the left bedrooms door frame suffered some serious water damage from previous storms. It is no longer leaking, but damage is visible.

This cute, greenery-abundant space neighbors the east side of IU's campus and is walkable to campus. In addition to being close to campus, this spot is incredibly close to IU Health Bloomington Hospital.

The Lily Pad features fun plants, an aerogarden, wifi, and streaming services.

There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, and small backyard. The house comfortably fits two guests, but can sleep up to five guests.

Closest restaurants are Ami (local), Motherbear’s Pizza (local), Noodles, and Viva Mas. Closest coffee is Soma (local) and Starbucks.
