We are 3 miles from the University town of Lampeter, 20 mins from the historical fishing harbour of Aberaeron and the wonderful Ceredigion coastal path. It is 20 mins to the Brecfa Forest's amazing bike and walking amenities. The Cambrian Mountains and Brecon Beacon ranges, are available as well as our local footpaths and byways. The local Pub, recently refurbished and under new management, is within walking distance.

This is our home, having retired from over 35 years in the hospitality industry. We love to be home in our gardens, and to continue to keep exploring the local area, walking, cycling and enjoying everything this area has to offer.
