My place is set in a quiet, newly developed area, just 15 minutes by car to the city centre (Palas Shopping Centre).
The building was built in 2017, but the apartment was renovated in 2020 and all the furniture is brand new.
It stands apart from others due to the beautiful terrace that you can access directly from the bedroom, with wonderful views over the ends of the city.

The space
The entire apartment is available for you. This includes an open space with the kitchen and the living room, a 2 person bedroom, a bathroom and the hallway with a lot of closets.
This place also has a wonderful terrace with a great view from the top, where you can take a breath of fresh air and drink your morning coffee. Or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
