The house is located 5 km from the city of Sarzana and 5 km from the beaches of Marinella. Also reachable by bicycle, (2 bikes are available for free). It remains on the ground floor of semi-detached house. You will have at your disposal the entire apartment consisting of a kitchen, with fridge, oven, dishwasher and living room,with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and double bedroom with new mattress (and pillows ,aloe memory) and independent air conditioning. Internet included
