Brand new and cozy apartment in the heart of Naples, 18 steps from Piazza Dante, one of the most lively and iconic places in the city. Just renovated in all its parts, it is very quiet and every place of interest is, in fact, reachable on foot and in a short time... and if you want to get away towards some of the treasures around the city, the famous Metro station of art is just outside the door. The new marine and Mediterranean design will pamper you while you live in the belly of Parthenope

The space
We at WelcHome Naples are delighted to present our latest creation... this time of marine inspiration!

It is a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa and a fully equipped kitchen in the historic center of Naples.
Equipped with every comfort such as the large showers with "rain effect" shower head, 3 smart TVs, 3 state-of-the-art air conditioners, super fast internet (GPON), washer-dryer, equipped Scavolini kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka etc.), comfortable Made in Italy mattresses and external balcony with small cocktail table;-)

ONLY ON REQUEST, FREE!! -->Accessories for your child: cot, high chair, bath, changing table.

The apartment is located in a small group of houses, almost a village, built around the church of San Michele Arcangelo, in the early 1700s, of only two floors, designed by the famous architect Ferdinando Sanfelice, author among other works, of the monumental staircase of the "Palazzo dello Spagnuolo".
Once “minimum security” prisons for minor offences (hence the current name), they are accessed both from Via Toledo and Piazza Dante, that is, two of the most important and famous places in the entire city.

From a corner of the comfortable balcony of the living room you can also see a portion of the hemicycle of the Convitto Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele II which is the frame of the square entitled, as mentioned, to Dante. This square today lives on numerous cultural, gastronomic and commercial initiatives as well as being, now as in the past, one of the centerpieces of the city and a meeting place for many inhabitants and tourists, among its various bars and typical restaurants.

Via Toledo, also visible from the balcony, has been one of the main arteries since it was imagined in 1536 and ideally connects THE MAGNIFICENT MANN National Archaeological Museum (in the "upstream" section the street is actually named "via Pessina"), with Piazza del Plebiscito and its majestic "downstream" Royal Palace that slopes just beyond the sea. It thus crosses the entire Neapolitan historic centre just west of the Angevin wall passing, among others, Piazza Dante and "Spaccanapoli", the lower decumanus in the Greco-Roman pre-existence of the Ancient Historic Centre.

It is therefore possible to visit the city on foot exploring it in all its directions just outside the house, also to facilitate longer journeys or to attractions outside the center (or for the laziest), a minute outside the door there is the metro stop "Dante", among other things inserted in the Art Stations of Naples Line 1. In the same square there are also the stops of numerous urban bus lines as well as the characteristic double-decker tourist hop-on-hop-off.

Hi! I'm GIULIANA! Me and my boyfriend Carlo are in love with good wine, food and travels! Together we have decided to create a Group to manage some Holiday Homes with unique style, perfectly equipped and extremely cleaned! We are so happy to meet and to help you all with our original informations. WE BET YOU WILL EXCITED ABOUT OUR SUPPORT AND also OUR APARTMENTS! We attend you with a smile, a lot of gratitude ever! Come in Naples! GRAZIE! Speriamo di avervi come ospiti! Scegliete NOI !!! /*/
