This one bedroom private cozy apt with easy access and parking. It is convenient to downtown all area beaches and shopping and sightseeing. Great place for one or two people to enjoy a weekend or longer stay in Wilmington while enjoying local attractions including numerous locations used in television and movie productions, One Tree Hill and Iron Man 3. Close to Empie Park tennis complex, shopping, beaches, and the beautiful historic district and Cape Fear river all within a short drive.
