A private getaway in style.
It is situated above the east shore of the Messinian bay, 200 metres above sea level with exquisite 180 degree sea views. A new, contemporary stone property built on half an acre in amphitheatrical style along the Taygetos range. The entire structure is designed with respect to the local traditional architecture. The dwelling is set in a vicinity sparsely-populated, surrounded by olive groves and unique Mediterranean flora. It is part of larger compound of four units.

The space
The house is a 75 sqm (810 sqft) maisonette with a fully-equipped kitchen. All features and amenities are of the highest standards. The ground floor includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with a working desk, a sofa and a WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Large balconies on each floor facing south west offer dining and sitting areas. It has plenty of outdoor shared space, excellent for relaxing and entertaining (maximum capacity eleven guests). It includes a shared swimming pool with jacuzzi, a partially-covered sun deck, a change room, an outdoor shower, a large BBQ and rotisserie grill, a wood-burning oven, fridge, dining table, sun-beds and plenty of space to enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Wi fi is provided throughout the space.
