Welcome to our residence. It is inserted in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in the Condomínio Prive Haras de Aldeia , in a lot with a total area of 2,400m2. You will enjoy private swimming pool, society field, barbecue, playground with treehouse (castle) , slide, shower and backyard with a breathtaking view.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests well.

The space
The house is located in the largest horizontal condominium in Brazil (area of 190 hectares), inserted in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. Ideal for socializing and exploring the local biodiversity such as birds , lazy animals, tamarins , capybaras ... in addition to the unique tropical flora. Seventy percent of the condominium area is reserved for the preservation of the forest. Ah, it has several hiking trails.
The house has 260m2 of floor area with two living rooms, a balcony , two bedrooms and a suite , all with air conditioning, bathroom with electric showers, terrace and a large kitchen.
The 8x4m pool is next to the barbecue and playground , with a treehouse (castle) and slide for the children, as well as a society field on the side of the house. What better way to spend a relaxing weekend.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all spaces in the house.
The internal regime of the condominium must be respected, especially the issue of noise pollution and good customs.

Other things to note
The condominium is located on the banks of Estrada de Aldeia, close to local shops. There are delivery services from small markets, but with limited product varieties. As the house is country, we advise guests to bring repellent of their choice.
Due to tree falls, there is eventually a power outage for a few hours, however the local company performs the repair in a short period of time. We provide flashlights and candles, if it is necessary to use them during this period.
