It is situated above the east shore of the Messinian bay, 200 metres above sea level with exquisite 180 degree sea views . A new, contemporary stone property built on half an acre in amphitheatrical style along the Taygetos range. The entire structure is designed with respect to the local traditional architecture. The dwelling is set in a vicinity sparsely-populated, surrounded by olive groves and unique Mediterranean flora. It is part of larger compound of four units

The space
The studio is a lower level walk out space of 65 sqm (700 sqft) with a beautifully designed-interior. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is highlighted by a dining area, breakfast bar and stunning sea scapes. All features and amenities are of the highest standards. Adjacent to the olive grove, a veranda provides dining and a sitting area overlooking the azure bay. In addition, there is a large outdoor shared space, excellent for relaxing and entertaining (maximum capacity eleven guests). It includes a shared swimming pool with jacuzzi, a partially-covered sun deck, a change room, an outdoor shower, a large BBQ and rotisserie grill, a wood-burning oven, fridge, dining table, sun-beds and plenty of space to enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
