Rent an entire old traditional cretan stone house renovated in 2012 by the sea in the picturesque village of Panormo. Sea view from the terrace, outdoors living room and barbecue, fully equiped, litteraly two steps from shops and sandy beaches (2 min walk).

The space
Villa Aposperitis is renovated in 2012 and consists of 3 independent apartments sharing a patio, a big terrace and verandas. It is a traditional Cretan house so during the renovation all traditional architectural materials and details were respected which gives a very authentic result. It is furnished with elegance and style, Cretan furniture, antiques combined with modern solutions (ceiling fans and air-conditioning in all rooms, good isolation, wi-fi etc).

It has one spacious bedroom (1 double bed) including a mezzanine with two single matresses, two separate bathrooms with showers, a hall, a new fully equiped kitchen and a large living room. Part of the apartment is the beautiful stone patio. It has air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, TV,DVD and internet access, lots of cupboards. An external shower next to the entrance in the patio for the sand when returning from the beach.

Also in the ground floor with acces to the patio, it has one bedroom with one double bed, a bathroom, a fully equiped american kitchen and a living room.

Part of the apartment is the terrace towards the square of the village and the spacious terrace and upper veranda with view to the church of the village and the sea. It has air conditioning as well as ceiling fans, TV and internet access, wi-fi, lots of cupboards.

The Villa is at the central point of the small village, on one side towards the market place where shops and tavernas are and on the other, calmer one towards the sea. Panormo is calm and quiet with two sandy beaches you can walk to, several taverns serving delicious Cretan food, still in the traditional model of small family businesses taking very good care of their cuisine and clients.
There are also a couple of bars and nice promenades around the village.
The beautiful church of St Georges is just behind the villa and a bit further away is the old Carob mill, renovated into a modern cultural centre, hosting photo exhibitions and major music and theatre performances.
