Beautiful old style country home. Set across from park lands and only a short drive to all the attractions that Swan Hill has to offer.
This home even has a beautiful piano to play if you are so inclined.
There are 3 well appointed bedrooms plus a walk through area that can accommodate 2 single beds upon request. There is a butlers pantry as well as the kitchen.
Get away from it all, unwind and relax, step back into a more tranquil world.

The space
Room 1, 2 and 3 have queen size beds.
Walk through area (4th bedroom) is best suited for children or youngsters that still want to sleep in the room next to their parents. this area can accommodate 2 single beds comfortably.
The lounge has a fold down couch and single that could suit anadditional 3 people at a push.

This is a country town. It has all the feel of a quaint outback town, but with great facilities. We have an ALDI, Woolworths, and a Coles for your shopping needs. there is a variety of restaurants on the main strip (menus of our favourites can be found in the welcome folder). Across the river (15 minute drive) is the Murray River Country Club, great golf, better food and has a downstairs game room for the kids.
