Our property is called "Close To The Edge". The guest cottage is fully self-contained, comprising indoor and outdoor dining areas, kitchen, bathroom, one large bedroom with a Queen size bed, and one double bed sized sofa bed in the living space. The cottage features spectacular views of Mt Warning from the upstairs balcony. Guests have use of the swimming pool. The property includes a large (30ha) rain forest conservation area allowing opportunities for bush walks and bird watching.

The space
The guest cottage is close to our own home but completely self-contained. It is unique in its location with stunning views of Mt Warning. The village of Uki is located only 3 kms from our cottage and features all basic amenities including a supermarket, post office and petrol station. The Mt.Warning walking trail is close by. There is WIFI and TV in the cottage.
Guests should note that the cottage can accommodate four people, but also note that there is only one bedroom - sleeping arrangements outside of the bedroom consist of a sofa bed and fold out bed in the living space.

We are Ken and Mia, a recently retired couple residing in Uki since 2011 after many years of living and working abroad. We are passionate about the environment (our property is listed as a conservation area).
