A 30 minute drive to LSU, 5 minutes to Dow Chemical, 10 minutes to Georgia Gulf and Shintech, and just over an hour to New Orleans. Spacious home, lots of natural light. Fenced backyard, off street parking for three cars.

Enjoy local restaurants, shops, and thrift shops. The Iberville Museum, Plaquemine Locks, Depot Market, and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church are within a half mile. also, just a short drive to Nottoway Plantation. The home faces Railroad Avenue, so there are trains....times and frequency vary.
