This beautiful whitewashed house of 47square meters comes with an big balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The house have one bedroom with a double sized bed, a big wardrobe and two TVs, a bathroom, a living room with two big couches , smartTV, WiFi, Airconditioners both in the living room as well in the bedroom, a kitchen where you can prepare and cook your breakfast and meals with a big fridge that can store all your groceries, an brand new infinity pool (it will be ready at March 2022) and an outside area for the pool equipped with day beds, a parking and two balconies.

It is located at the south east coast of Syros island, Megas Yialos, which is approximately 12km distance from Hermoupolis, the Syros town centre.
There is a hidden small beach literally next to the house.
Megas Yialos beach is around 3 minutes from the house with the car and Vari beach around 5 minutes. Also there is a small beach called Achladi that has a cute greek restaurant by the sea 3 minutes distance with the car. Abela beach is around 5 minutes also by the car.
