Traditional stone-built detached cottage surrounded by farmland. Superb mountain and coastal views. Newly refurbished. Cosy accommodation. Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or simply relaxing in peaceful surroundings. All the attractions of Snowdonia and Anglesey are nearby. Local walks and bike rides available from the cottage. Areas for sitting out and enjoying the scenery or sun room for when the weather is less favourable. A great place to unwind in isolation down a dedicated access track.

The space
Sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms with a comfortable lounge featuring an inglenook fireplace with a multi fuel stove. The crog loft has a dedicated laptop friendly workspace. Alternatively it can be used as a playroom (with games) or for relaxing. Kitchen dining room with mountain views. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, cafetière, range of pans, food processor and cooking equipment. Bathroom with bath / shower. Slim sunroom with bench seating. Bottled gas fired central heating. Being in a rural location, WiFi speed is quite slow. Smart TV. Cot bed and high chair stored in the cottage if needed. Access from the main road along a short track through a field which does not belong to the property. Plenty of car parking and sitting out space to enjoy the scene and magical sunsets (tables and chairs provided). Mountain stream running through the garden. Keysafe to allow access.

Snowdonia offers plenty for outdoor enthusiasts - walking, scrambling, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, wild swimming, paragliding, caving and more - all on the doorstep. Snowdon is across the other side of the valley.

There are also many historic attractions ranging from artefacts from the area's slate mining past to famed castles. The trio of Caernarfon, Conwy and Beaumaris castles are nearby. The beaches of Anglesey and the Welsh coast are close by - it is a 15 minute drive to the bridges across to Anglesey. Llandudno 'the Queen of Welsh Resorts' is a 30-minute drive away. The National Trust properties of Penrhyn Castle, Plas Newydd and Bodnant Garden are all within driving distance.

The village of Deiniolen nearby is served by a convenience store and pub which is 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk. A petrol station which has a small Co-op convenience shop is a five minute drive or 15 minute walk. The village of Llanberis is a 10-minute drive away with facilities including pubs, restaurants, take-aways, convenience stores, gift shops, outdoor retailers as well as the Snowdon railway and start of a path up Snowdon. The hills and mountains of the Glyder range are accessible by walking from the house. In the other direction, 10 minutes takes you to Zip World. Surf Snowdonia is 40 minute drive. Bangor and Caernarfon are each 15 mins drive and both have supermarkets and other shopping opportunities.
