Light and spacious entire top floor of shared private family home. Modern large room with king size bed, dining table, sofa, Smart TV with Netflix. Spacious bathroom with shower and separate bath. Located close to the market town of Thirsk, walking distance to local shops and attractions.

The suite has been recently refurbished and cleaned to a high standard.

Private parking at the front of the property. There is a public footpath adjacent.
