New and modern cottage with garden, right on a large and nice beach along Glomma in Nes. The cabin was completed in March 2020 and has all amenities such as shower, dishwasher, washing machine, heating cables, fireplace and air conditioning. The cabin is 35 sq.m. but the ceiling height is over 4 meters, so it is experienced spatially. The cabin has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with open kitchen solution and a loft with good ceiling height. Outside the cottage there is a terrace of 25 sqm with large umbrella and garden furniture and a garden of about 120 sqm.

The space
All necessary tires and kitchenware are available. Bedding must be brought yourself, but towels and all other essentials are included with your rental. After the photos were taken, we've installed an air-conditioned heat pump, lightproof roller/pleat curtain in both bedrooms, and pleat curtains in the living room. There is a smart TV in the living room, but the cottage does not have TV signals. Netflix, NRK-Super, etc. can be used via 4G Wifi.

The cabin is within 50 meters of a big and nice beach, and there are great swimming opportunities in Glomma for both kids and adults. There are also great fishing and paddling opportunities and a golf course nearby. 10-15 minutes away is Årnes, which has a cozy town centre with small shops and the world's best bakery! In Årnes there is also a newly refurbished swimming pool and cinema. Skarnes playland, 20 minutes away, is an outdoor playland that can be worth a visit if you have small children. If you want to have lunch or dinner in a café/restaurant, you can drive to Sanngrund, 5 minutes away from the cabin. There is also a playground and paddleboat rentals. Otherwise, there are great hiking opportunities in the area.
