A smattering of Asian decor mixed with a longing for the colorful urban Italian shorelines invite you into a comfortable flat protected by Buddha who will watch over you while you sleep. Everything has been updated except for the old workhorse stove and fridge that fit perfectly in their places. Enjoy the yard, patio, grill and your own porch that overlooks the back yard. Centrally located. Easy access to the beach, bluffs, campus, grocery store, I90, downtown and our favorite neighborhood bar.

The space
This is a one bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex. It has a king sized bed in the bedroom as well as two night stands, a dresser and a closet. The living room has a comfy couch and chair as well as a queen bed tucked into a corner of the room. The dining and kitchen area has a table with 4 chairs available and a newly installed air conditioner. We have provided an iron and ironing board for you, and you may request access to the washer and dryer if needed.

During your stay

We live nearby and are often at the duplex doing yard work, laundry, or cleaning the apartment/s. We also have a mother-in-law suite in the basement with its own private entrance which is rarely occupied unless we have friends or family in town. We offer self check in so it’s possible we may never meet you; however, we are available anytime you may need anything.
