Here you can spend the night and relax in a cozy and comfortable way. Completely private and far away from Covid/Corona you will find peace, nature and unobstructed views over the Groningen landscape. The stylish and complete cottage is right on the De Groeve boating and fishing water and in the mill bioop. With a boat you can sail within a few minutes to the vast Schildmeer or the historic city of Appingedam. The city of Groningen and the Wadden Sea are also nearby. Beautiful hiking and cycling area.

The luxurious cottage is equipped with all the comforts. You will stay in a well finished, insulated detached wooden house on a dike with surrounding meadows and a great view. Buzzards, roe deer, chick thieves, kingfishers and falcons are regular guests. The loose ducks and chickens like to eat your old bread out of hand. The cottage is only accessible via a private driveway of over 1 kilometer, which guarantees peace and privacy. Nevertheless, the cozy historic center of Appingedam is only a few minutes cycling. There you will find canals, historic buildings with the characteristic hanging kitchens and many nice shops and restaurants with terraces on the water. Would you prefer to go to the nicest city in the Netherlands? The city of Groningen is only 20 minutes by car. For nature lovers: the nature reserve Tetjehorn (on the Schildmeer with lookout tower) is 10 minutes away by bicycle. Here you will find, among other things, spoonbills and rudder dampers. The sea, the ports, Germany; can all be reached within 10 to 20 minutes.
