Located on the east side of the Holstein Golf Course! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a 2 car attached garage gives you 1,400 sq ft of open concept space. A private patio overlooks the golf course where you can find yourself drinking your morning coffee and enjoying the smell the freshly cut grass.Best Part --ZERO Stairs!

The space
As you walk in the front door you have the guest bedroom with the guest bathroom conveniently placed next to each other. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house that overlooks the golf course. As shown in the pictures, you will notice the open concept living room, kitchen and dining area! A private patio overlooks the golf course where you can find yourself drinking your morning coffee and enjoying the smell the freshly cut grass. Not only does this townhouse provide plenty of storage in extra closets placed throughout the house, but behind a beautiful barn door located between the kitchen and living room you will find a separate area with a large pantry across from the laundry room (this also is the entrance from the garage).
