The Chalet is located in the green of Val Calanca in the municipality of Arvigo (Grigioni).
It offers families and small groups of people moments of total rest and regeneration, fun and absolute peace.
You can also enjoy long green walks and magnificent views of Braggio. Very quiet, sunny area surrounded by trees and greenery.

The space
The house has two floors, is surrounded by a large garden, with the possibility of outdoor grilling and has two possible accesses, the main entrance that is in front of the house and the second possible entrance is on the back that has direct access to the bedroom and the second floor of the house. At the main entrance there is also a stone table for outdoor dining. On the first floor there is the kitchen with table, fireplace and the small staircase that leads to the upper floor and connects the two floors. On the second floor instead we find the bedroom (a single room!) composed of 4 beds, of which 2 are bunk beds and two are incorporated in a single bed or the lower part is pulled out so as to have two single beds or by approaching them, there is the possibility of creating a double bed with two squares.
