Nestled in the historic old town of Hachenburg, you will find the ideal environment for day trips on the Westerwald Lake District, a few stages on the Westerwaldsteig or a visit to the Marienstatt monastery with brewery and great beer garden.

It is an old half-timbered house and has its own life. The floor creaks, the ceilings are not particularly high and the rooms are small. The holiday home is located in the historic centre of Hachenburg in a very quiet pedestrian area. The immediate vicinity to the castle as well as the fantastic location just steps from the Old Market, the heart of our city, parks the car in the nearby parking garage.
Hachenburg is a beer town with its own brewery and the oldest stone inn in Germany, the "Krone“. A few steps away you will find various gastronomic establishments and restaurants. Cafes, supermarkets, a cinema, leisure and open-air swimming pool are within easy walking distance.
The entrance to the Westerwaldsteig runs past the house and numerous bike tours are perfect.
