Old farmhouse and family house restored in 2020 on a 1ha plot where a river flows. In the valley of Eure in a green setting. Less than 100 km from Paris.

The space
My house is a charming family house, quiet, located in the valley of Eure on a very large plot of 1 Ha where flows a river.
In the summer, you can have lunch on a large table outside under the lime tree and in the winter make a good fire.
It is an ideal place for a stay with family, friends but also to go green in telework or to stay during a business trip.
It has a 4* rating for comfort. Announcement also posted on the website of the Seine-Eure Tourist Office and that of the municipality of Heudreville sur Eure.
