Gautegiz-Arteaga located in Bizkaia, heart of Urdaibai (Biosphere Reserve). 5 km from Gernika-Lumo near Laida and Laga, both beaches, and close de marine portes like Elantxobe, Lekeitio Mundaka, Bermeo, and 40 km from Bilbao
The recently built ground floor house is entirely made of wood (2016), consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, toilet and a bathroom as well as a laundry with access to the outside. Three bedrooms, two with trundle beds and one with a double bed and large porch.

Other things to note
The house is about 50 meters from: green recreation area with a playground and the Urdaibai Bird Center (a living nature museum, open to the public for the enjoyment of the world of birds and their migrations).
Very quiet area with the possibility of making beautiful tours: San Miguel Ereñozar (447m,) this mountain is surrounded by an oak forest, offers the traveler an outstanding panoramic view of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve.
At 100m possibility of acquiring seasonal agricultural products.

I am available, since the house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining room and 2 laundries, and half of it is rented, which would be 3 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with shower, kitchen-dining room and laundry. In the other half there would continually be a person to solve any need.
