Large two-room apartment consisting of living area and bathroom on the ground floor, sleeping area on the first floor with bedroom with double bed and loft area with three single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen and area in front of the entrance for the exclusive use of guests of the apartment (in the summer outdoor table with chairs).

The space
Maison Gin (in Occitan Gin House) owes its name to my father's great-uncle who, at the beginning of the last century, had opened - in the same premises - Acceglio's first and only bank.
The apartment is part of one of the oldest real estate complexes in Acceglio (building dating back to 1600), recently and scrupulously renovated, with three completely independent and autonomous apartments.
The decor of the house is in perfect alpine style, with particular attention to wood and stone details.
There is a small common garden in front of the property.
