- 1 PRIVATE PARKING SPACE in closed underground garage height 2.10 m (check height before entering) we release our responsibility in case of damage to the vehicle and/or theft.
- heated indoor POOL (1 week after Easter the pool closes for maintenance for 1 month) with sloping bottom and part with low water level for children who must be accompanied by an adult. We are not responsible for accidents and/or drowning.
- Fitness equipment (near the sauna, pool access).
- Playroom (ping pong rackets on request, swimming pool access)
- 1 outdoor tennis COURT except during the winter or rainy season.
- Local skis and bikes.
- Per bed and per stay: 1 duvet, 1 or 2 pillow(s), 1 duvet cover, 1 or 2 pillowcase(s) 2 linens, 1 towel.
-Pack n play travel crib for babies or children up to 2 years (on request at the time of booking) with : mattress, mattress cover, fitted sheet (no duvet or blanket).
- 1 kitchen towel and cleaning paw.
- Cleaning products, soap, shower products.
- 1 taxed garbage bag, if necessary you can find them at the supermarkets crates.
We do not provide pool linen.
- Access to the laundry room (washing machine and dryer, for a fee), request the key.
- Cleaning, however leave the apartment tidy, dishes clean and tidy in the cabinets, clean oven, empty the fridge and remember to take your food back. Empty the garbage cans.
- Laundry at the end of the stay, (strip the beds, place the sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and linens in the bathroom)
for 1 sets of linen and sheets per person provided at the beginning of the stay.
- Connected music speaker with bluetooth.
- Wi-Fi in the accommodation, Apple TV, Netflix, Zattoo.
The ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF:
- BEDROOM 1: 1 king size bed, 180 x 200 boxspring, 2 wardrobes with wardrobe (one private), 2 guests.
- BEDROOM 2: 2 trundle beds 90 x 200, 1 wardrobe with wardrobe, shelf cabinet, side table. Ironing board (against the wardrobe), clothes drying rack (on the cabinet).
- A BABY CRIB (request on booking). A toilet pot.
- bright LIVING ROOM, opening to the balcony with Alps view, leather corner sofa, coffee table with glass tray, TV, roll-up bar furniture - fondue pot.
- fully equipped KITCHEN, refrigerator, mini freezer, DISHWASHER, stove with ceramic hobs, oven, sink. Dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee MACHINE, raclette grill, toaster, kettle, gratin dish, etc..., open to dining area and living room. FIRE BLANKET (in cupboard above fridge).
- DINING AREA opening onto the balcony connecting to the kitchen, with wooden table, 6 wooden chairs.
- ENTRANCE HALL with built-in wardrobe with 2 parts including one closed and private, the other part for guests with wardrobe, baby crib, baby jar, vacuum cleaner, iron and storage. Bench, shelf, 5 butterfly hooks.
- covered BALCONY with 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers, canvas awning. Broom cabinet, scrub brush.
- BATHROOM with walk-in shower, shower curtains, double sinks, mirror, storage cabinet, hair dryer, FIRST AID KIT.
- Separate toilet with hand washing machine. Glass tablet, mirror and wardrobe for cleaning products.
- 1 PRIVATE PARKING SPACE, underground garage offered.
- Access to the Residence via the common outdoor parking closed by a gate.
COMMON AREAS:
These areas are not our responsibility. We report them but are not responsible for any malfunction and/or closure.
- INDOOR HEATED POOL with changing rooms, showers, toilet.
- OUTDOOR TENNIS access by the pool or by an outdoor path (unusable in winter). We do not provide rackets or tennis balls.
- LOUNGE AREA with many very comfortable armchairs and large fireplace opening onto a large south-facing terrace, free internet access. This Lounge is available unless booked for parties or others. With billiards, Piano. WiFi. WC.
- Space with fitness equipment (near the sauna, pool access).
- Paid SAUNA ask the concierge (access via the pool).
- GAMES ROOM, ping pong table (snowshoes on request), FOOSBALL TABLE... (access by the pool).
- SKI ROOM and heated BIKE located at the entrance of the building (pool level) free access. We kindly ask you to drop off your skis, snowboard and ski boots.
We do not provide bicycles.
- LAUNDRY ROOM with paid washing machine and dryer on request with concierge.
- outdoor PARKING closed by a gate, free access.
- Internet/wifi access in the lounge.
There is no Garbage Local in the Residence, you will find the containers near the large wooden letters " Crans-Montana " at the end of the road, or as you exit the garage across the road.
Please note that garbage bags are taxed.
