Modern apartment located near the main hospitals of Porto Alegre. Accommodates up to 2 people. Guests enjoy comfort and privacy here. Just thinking about singles and couples, this space has a double bed, Wi-Fi, full kitchen and washer and dryer for the guest's exclusive use.
We follow the rules of Airbnb and the condominium to the letter, so we don't make many exceptions. This place is designed for AIRBNB guests. We put in it all the facilities we were looking for in the apartments we rented around the world. All well modern, to make the environment comfortable and functional.

Several restaurants, fairs and shops ... besides being 1 block from Redemption, the most traditional park in the city. There are many transport and leisure options nearby. Hospital de Clínicas, HPS and Moinhos de Vento Hospital are less than a 10-minute drive. The location is excellent! We are close to the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
