One bedroom and bath with private entry in a newly remodeled home. The bedroom has a balcony overlooking the hills; Universal Studios and the garden. It's quite beautiful and serene. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway this place is for you.

Please note that the nightly rate is for one person only. There is a $25 fee for each additional guest per night. No one other than the guest whose name is on the reservation is allowed on the property.

The space
The bedroom is on the Ground floor with private entry next to the garage. The remaining spaces are on the second floor which makes this bedroom somewhat private. The private bathroom has a large jacuzzi with dual shower heads.

You have access to the washer/dryer which is in the garage. If you have an average size car, you’re welcome to park in my garage. The space is pretty tight and won’t accommodate large size cars.

The property is 15 minutes walk to Starbucks, Break Room Juice Bar, Kaban Persian Restaurant, Pie Space Pizzeria, Sweet Lily Bakery and Short Stop Convenient Market. They are all within one block of area from each other. This walk will be via steps that connects our street to down below the hills side (Short cut). If you put any of these locations to your GPS and select the walking distance it will show you the path.
