The space
“Papavasilopoulos Estate” is located in the village of Vounaria, inside the settlement, near the Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady. Inside a four-acre farm are three independent single-family houses surrounded by olive trees, fig trees, lemons, oranges, climates, and beautiful colorful rose trees. The 95 sqm detached house “Ktima Papavasilopoulos” can accommodate up to six guests. From the large veranda of the house the visitor can enjoy the magnificent view of the sea and the beautiful Koroni with the narrow alleys and the majestic castle. The same view can also be enjoyed from the cobblestone courtyard where there is an outdoor handcrafted wood-burning oven, Barbeque, and a seating area for the guest's relaxation.
The house consists of an open plan kitchen with panoramic views of the garden and the sea, a living room with a visible wooden ceiling with a large wooden dining table with six chairs, a large and comfortable corner sofa with a waist table, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV (smart tv, led, 50’), wireless internet (wifi), air conditioning (INVERTER 12000 BTU). It also has two spacious bright bedrooms with garden view, one of which has a classic wooden double bed KING SIZE with anatomic mattress, two very large wooden bedside tables, built-in wardrobes, flat screen TV (led, 24’) and air conditioning (INVERTER 9000 BTU), while the other has two wooden single beds with anatomic mattresses, a wooden bedside table, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (INVERTER 9000 BTU). In the hallway between the two bedrooms is a small WC with sink and mirror, and the main bathroom with bathtub, sink and large mirror. In addition, the property has a large sunny terrace, with a pergola and wavey shade, which includes a large marble table with six armchairs, where the guest can relax and enjoy the lovely Messanian Bay having their breakfast.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (fridge freezer, built-in electric stove with touch and oven, washing machine, French coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). All the furnishings of the space are reassured with the area, to ensure the guest a comfortable stay. Finally, it is noted that the property has an outdoor shower for the shower of the guests after their swim at the sea, covered parking for their vehicle, as well as for our little guests we have created an outdoor entertainment area with a basketball court, triple and snake.
