The Resort is spread across 6 acres of land and is situated inside the Jim Corbett Forest.The Sitabani entrance of the forest is 6kms from the resort.The resort is surrounded by lush green forest and rippling rivers. Deer and Rabbits can be seen wandering near the resort. Kotabagh is situated at a distance of 2kms from the resort and one can buy all necessary things from the Kotabagh market.The market also has 2 operational banks.Nainital is 40 kms while Haldwani city is 35 kms from the resort.

The space
Our Place is situated in the lush green Jim corbett Forest.We have 20 Cottage with personal bathrooms.We can also provide a personal villa consisting of 4 Bedrooms with 4 personal bathrooms and 1 living room and 1 personal kitchen.Trekking expeditions and Wildlife safari can be organised on request ranging from beginner to expert level.The resort is situated at such a place that it has 2 waterfalls and 2 rivers accessible on foot.The resort has 1 Restaurant with several gardens and seating areas.
If one wants to experience wildlife at the closest then one should visit the nature view resort which is surrounded by wild forest and rippling rivers and packed with all amenities that one would require for his/her adventurous or peaceful trip.

- Elaborate cooking is permitted.

FOOD
- A complimentary breakfast is offered.
- All other meals are available at an additional cost.
- Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Lotus Restaurant and Buransh Restaurant.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as carrom, cards and Ludo and outdoor games such as badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also indulge in exploring the organic kitchen and brief stroll in the orchards in the lawn.

There are many host experiences on offer - jungle safari, birding tour, nature trail, photography trail, cultural experience, etc. The property is located in Ramnagar, which is considered to be the gateway to Jim Corbett National Park, so there are numerous activities around the area. The host can help customize your itinerary to facilitate the things you want to see around.

During your stay

Bonfire and Barbecue Night had fallen when we returned from our village walk. The location of the resort is a clear winner in the sense that it overlooks a dry riverbed on one side which is devoid of any civilisation. The open area had ample space for organising a bonfire; which was turned into a memorable experience with the addition of old hindi songs and barbecue. The chirping of insects in the mild breeze added to the effect and after an hour or two had passed, dinner and opted for just a dessert and tea. The chef’s special phirni had a delectable taste; just the perfect way to end the bonfire and I ambled to the warmth of my room.
