The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance from Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

The space
The space is centrally located to all Orange Country has to offer. Only 10 minutes from Disneyland, Angels Stadium, and Honda Center and a 20 minute drive from world famous beaches!

The Orange Peel has vintage furnishings with hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen includes a gas range and oven, sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender,
dinnerware, and flatware. There is a large living room with a dining area that is easy to set up. The space also includes a private laundry room and full bathroom with shower and tub.

Guests have the entire detached cottage to themselves. The entrance is through the side gate, past the organic garden beds.

There is plenty of free street parking in front of the main house.

We have lived in Old Towne Orange since 2019. The thing we enjoy most about living here, is the ability to walk to the wonderful restaurants and shops our community has to offer. Being in the largest residential historic district in California has definitely increased our interest in early California architecture and history.
