1) NO 24HOUR RECEPTION/STAFF: but there will be 24hour security stationing in the building to ensure your safety

2) NO HOUSEKEEPING in between your stay if your stay is less than 4 nights. Additional housekeeping can be arranged with a surcharge

3) NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: unable to provide due to limited space

4) SAFE KEEP ALL KEYS AND CARDS: you are responsible for the loss of either

5) PARK AT DESIGNATED PARKING LOT: security may clamp your vehicle for the wrong park. FINE will be imposed to unclamp the vehicle

6) LOVE & RESPECT THE STAFF & RESIDENT in the building

• During MCO/CMCO/RMCO, some of our activities & services may not be available for the safety of all guests.

• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Max occupancy of this unit is 8 pax including kids above 5 years old. Please take note there is ADDITIONAL CHARGE after 6th pax. Make sure the pax coming is correct before booking.

• Additional person(s) must be declared and registered upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per our policy are chargeable at the discretion of Butler Group.
