This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

What makes this place special is it’s like a home away. The locals are inquisitive and friendly. They all know us and wave at every oportunity. Most under 35s have a little english but a bit of hand gestures and a smile gets you a long way. The Bulgarian for water is voda, but if you say water which is pretty close they’ll just shrug but demonstrate drink and hey how water or Vodka !

The space
You can use the whole Villa and outside space nothing is off limits, plenty of space to chill, sunbath, cool off, walk, talk, mingle or just exist. Its a home away from home not a Palace but very comfortable.

The Villa is about 4km from the local town of Tervel. We are about 45 mins from the coastal villages of Balchik (or favourite) or Albena which whilst much larger and busier with endless sand is still much nicer than the tourist hot spots of Golden Sands or Sunny Beach

We live here in the UK but we have locals who look after the Villa and are on hand if anything is needed. We have friends in the village who can also be called upon to help if required. The house runs itself and we are always contactable by phone or messenger.
