The villa is a 3 floor maisonette offering amazing sea view just a short distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Skala Rachoni.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom in the middle.
There is access to the swimming pool from the front bedroom.
On the middle floor there is a living room,a kitchen and a balcony.
On the top floor there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a big balcony to enjoy your drinks with an amazing sea view.
Ideal for 2 or 3 couples!

The space
The Luxury Summer Villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, an open plan living room and two balconies with superb view of the north Aegean Sea.
The villa comes equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi , the top floor consists of a large double room, bathroom and big balcony with table and chairs.
The ground floor has a double room and a smaller double room .
There is access to the swimming from the front bedroom.
In the middle floor there is a living room
and a fully-equipped kitchen / dining room with everything you need to make snacks and meals. You can decide to enjoy your meals on the balcony overlooking the sea or at the back garden with beautiful mountain views
The villa is located close to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, taverns, restaurants, beach bars , a church and a playground .
It’s only five minutes walk from a sandy beach ideal for children.
We provide bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.
The villa is ideal for 2 or 3 couples.
