COMPACT cottage style suite, perfect for a beach break; being only a 4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & bars!
1 bedroom (King or Twin, please specify) with AC, Desk, wardrobe, TV/DVD. Living area - Table & chairs, TV/DVD & Toddler (child's) Bed or Cot (DEPENDING ON BOOKING REQUIREMENTS) BASIC kitchen facilities, WHIRLPOOL bath, separate WC & front patio with BBQ . Baby amenities available inc high chair. Dogs welcome at a charge of £15 per stay.

The space
This is a COMPACT suite!

SMALL CHILD = Has to be able to sleep in a toddler bed (10 years or under).

The main entrance to the property is shared with myself, as is part of my house. Once in hallway, you will find 2 entrances, one door leading to the Guest Suite and one door leading to my part of the property. You will be provided with 2 keys. 1 for front door and 1 for the private suite.

The kitchen is basic and provides a hob, microwave, toaster, cafetière and kettle. All utensils and crockery provided, as is a small fridge.

Outside - ENCLOSED front patio (bordering the road) with table, chairs, sandpit and a BBQ provided.

Dogs are more then welcome and a Dog bed is provided for the doggies that stay as well as water and feed bowls if required.

Continental Breakfast is provided.

First Aid Kit, hair dryer, Iron & Iron Board, wash room products, board games, children’s DVD’s, toilet paper and cleaning supplies provided, Small sand pit, BBQ, Buckets & Spades, Crab buckets, boogie boards and beach games all available for guests use.
