Retro house in the centre of Kuhmo, between idyllic Pajakka-koski and Tuupala museum. The house is surrounded by a private yard and in front of the house a large terrace facing the sun.

All the living quarters in the house are at your disposal. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, fireplace room and private sauna, washing machine. (Garage + end is not included in the rental.)

The space
The house is located near the centre of Kuhmo, between the museum, library and rapids, in a peaceful detached street. The street ends in the forest behind the rapids.
Pajakka rapids is a popular fishing spot. 100m from the museum. Behind the museum is the new Tuupala wooden school (play and sports facilities for children in the yard). Library and church nearby (by the library is a good place for swimming). The distance to Kuhmo House is about 1 km. Excellent location for those coming to Sommelo and Chamber Music.
There is also a peaceful resting and sauna place for those passing by the city.
Kuhmo has excellent berry picking , fishing, hiking and hunting landscapes.

For solo travellers, the price is negotiable. Also for the longer term.
