The space
At your arrival at Lake Side Lodge Pääskylä, a generous Breakfast hamper will await you.
The main light-filled living space makes the most of the stunning views with windows towards the lake. With a big soapstone fireplace, a cozy corner sofa to sprawl out on and a Smart TV, this is a great space for congregating at the end of the day.
Walk through the main living area and you will find a gorgeous kitchen and dining space. The new spacious country-chic slate grey kitchen offers you all the equipment you might need. A long, spacious dining table in the open-plan living area is perfect for long, leisurely meals together. Private catering can be arranged in advance.
With three beautiful bedrooms to choose from, everyone is guaranteed to be happy. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size (140x200) boxspring bed and views in to the forest.
Stairs lead up to the first floor and to the third generous bedroom in the attic with whitewashed walls. This bedroom offers you a boxspring bed (160x200), a cozy seating accommodation and a desk. All three bedrooms have sumptuous bed linens, cushions and throws and are simply decorated to promote a calm, blissful nights’ sleep.
The bathroom offers you a large walk-in shower, a Sauna with electrical heating, a wash basin with generous space and a wall mirror. There is also a washing machine and a tumbler dryer at your disposal.
Lake Side Lodge Pääskylä is surrounded by woodland. The outdoor area is just gorgeous, with a beautiful natural garden to the front. A few footsteps take you down to the private beach and over the private swimming pier where you can soak up the sun and enjoy wonderful sunsets with a nice glass of wine. Around the garden, you will find several peaceful little corners for sitting, relaxing and enjoying a good meal - always with a view over the lake. The detached sauna hut with a wood fired burner lies just above the lakeshores. A row boat is at your disposal.
