Are you looking for a fantastic waterfront home to enjoy your beach vacation? Come and stay in my newly renovated, 2 bedroom townhome on the Island in Corpus Christi. Blending a posh modern style with cozy comforts for families and couples alike, this beautiful home is designed to entertain with ease - Perfectly situated to sample all of Corpus Christi's favorite outdoor pastimes like beaching at the Bob Hall Pier, birding at Mustang Island State Park and of course fishing!

The space
Recently remodeled 2+2.5 townhome within a boutique 7 unit waterfront complex redesigned exclusively for airbnb guests. This unit has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a private patio with great views, along with access to our shared pool, media room and gym. The complex has hundreds of feet of waterfront for fishing in our own private honey hole. Seagulls, pelicans and cranes are constant companions on the property.

- Kitchen: Newly renovated kitchen with all brand new appliances, a multi-burner electric stove, modern back splash and a high-end granite counter top and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Fully equipped, comes with:

Mr. Coffee coffee maker with mesh filter
Coffee / Creamer / Sugar / Salt / Pepper / Oil / Vinegar

– Room 1: This is the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed located on the second floor. It has its own private bathroom with walk in shower, a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ and a large closet and chest of drawers.

– Room 2: This room has a queen-sized bed located on the second floor. It has a large closet, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. It has two reading lights and a chest of drawers. This room has a private remodeled bathroom with shower and bathtub.

– Patio: Private outdoor patio with 3 piece metal bistro dining set. The table has a built in wine chiller. The patio also has a park style outdoor barbecue grill with all the necessary grilling utensils. Guests are responsible for their own briquettes. Please place all used briquette ash in the metal bucket after use. Cleaning is on the honor system.

Gym / Media Room: The Gym / Media room is situated by the pool and is a shared space for the enjoyment of all guests. There is a 65 inch Samsung TV, puzzles, cards, board games and an arcade unit with over 1,000 retro games (including all versions of Street Fighter II) for use. The gym area has a dumbbell weight set, weight bench, bozu ball and elliptical machine.

The Gym / Media Room is stocked with:

Two beach coolers with beach towels (for day use only, please return at night)

– Outdoor area: The complex has a large pool with three outdoor chaise lounges as well as a shared grilling station and 6 piece table and chairs set with umbrella. There is a firebox for roasting marshmallows and mingling and many chairs for fishing by the bulkhead.

My property is only a few minutes from the beach at the island in Corpus Christi. We are close to around 15 restaurants and 3 local watering holes and also a few bakery. Its a fun community where guests tool around in golf carts and longboards, head to the beach and to the restaurants. Seagulls, Pelicans and cranes are constant companions on the property. We have are close to a boat launch so that's always fun too.

I’m passionate about working with all the guests that come for beaching, fishing and relaxing. When I'm not here at the apartments I'm busy working in health care and traveling around.
