Cozy two story brick cottage with the very best view of the sunset! Quiet street in a family neighborhood across the street from Floyd Golf Course. Located close to Morningside College, near shopping and a quick drive from the airport. Off street parking with an efficient kitchen and new appliances. Comfy beds, extra bedding (air mattresses) available. Keypad entry makes access a breeze day or night whenever you arrive. Property manager easily accessible during every stay.

The space
The winding brick path will lead you to the front entry. The main floor living area is adjacent to the dining room and the master bedroom. The full bath on the main floor has a shower/ bath tub combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils and dishes for cooking and serving meals. There is a basement entry from the driveway. The washer and dryer are available for your use. The two bedrooms upstairs have a full bed and a queen bed. The upstairs bath has a shower. There are stairs to access the front door and stairs for accessing the upstairs and the basement.

The neighborhood is family friendly and usually very quiet. There is a sweet dog next door who has a nice big bark then more like just a wag of a tail once he knows you are around. The cottage is off the main street so it is quiet but also close enough to have easy access to things nearby.
