Welcome to the Cozy Retreat in Byron Center, MI! This private guest apartment has it's own separate entrance with keypad access, parking area and deck located on a large wooded lot in the heart of West Michigan. Easy access to a nearby highway places you just minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Enjoy all West Michigan has to offer from one convenient location, loaded with family-friendly amenities.
The apartment is well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay!

The space
Bedroom: The bedroom offers one queen bed, side tables, lamps and a large closet. Additional pillows and blankets are available in the closet.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, toilet and sink vanity with lots of available storage. Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

Kitchen: Small kitchen area contains a sink, microwave, electric oven/range, full size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker & K-Pods, dishes, spices and other kitchen basics.

Living Area: The living room includes a small eating/working area, seating area with TV, toys, games, puzzles and books. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Bedding is provided. TV is WiFi enabled so you can log in to your streaming accounts. Just remember to log out before you leave!

Family-Friendly Amenities: Pack & Play, high chair, toys, books, games, kid-friendly dinnerware, child-proof locks available for you to put out if you wish, potty seat.

Guests will enter through a keypad on the garage side door and another keypad on the door to the apartment inside the garage. Guests can feel free to use the deck attached to the apartment. Parking is available in the parking area off to the side of the driveway.

The apartment is separated from the main house by a door with locks on the guest side and the owner's side. It shares a wall with the main house mudroom, so you may hear your hosts coming and going, but your stay should be private and peaceful!
