This apartment is 1 of 3 available on the property for guests, hosted by my mum, Suzette, and myself. With amazing ocean views and close beach access, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and other conveniences 2 minutes away. This particular apartment faces the garden, but guests can simply walk a few steps to the other side of the building and enjoy the ocean view as well, with seating provided. Meals also can be arranged before or during your trip.

The space
This is the one-bedroom apartment of our three apartments. There is a door that leads into one of the two-bedroom apartments, and the other two bedroom is to the right of this one, all on the lower level of the building, all with their individual porches. The owner resides in the upper level of the building, so can be easily contacted if need be, but guarantees your total privacy.

Where you’ll be

As you can see in our main image, the ocean is almost within your reach :). However as we are at an elevated point, for bathing access, it is approximately a 2 minutes drive to Grafton Beach (the one you can see in the image), and other popular beaches such as Back Bay and Mt Irvine, and an additional 2 minutes to Grange Bay. If you choose to walk it is approximately 5 minutes away. The apartment is on the same property as our own restaurant and bar (Legger's Bar), which we assure does not disrupt your stay based on the layout. There are also other restaurant and bars in the area as well as a supermarket and ATM.
