Perfect little space in a family friendly neighborhood. One mile away from the mouth of the Kenai River, grocery stores and restaurants. Some are even just a brisk walk away. Equipped with blackout blinds, essential for the summer! WiFi and Netflix included.

The space
This is a unit of a small duplex. The unit next door is for Airbnb. About 500 sq ft with basic accommodations. More than 2 guests can stay without charge but I only provide accommodations for 2. I do allow pets (2 max) but charge an extra $20 cleaning fee and I only allow pets for reservations less than one week.
