King size bed with good quality linen and a well equipped bathroom and kitchen.

The space
Entrance is through a private courtyard garden with table and chairs. It is attached to our house so there will be some noise cross-over, but has its own entrance and key safe (code will be provided on booking), so you can come and go as you like.

There is plenty of space for push bikes.

Kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, pans, glasses etc. Tea, coffee and UHT milk provided.

Spacious, bright bedroom with king size bed and good quality linen. Wardrobe and book shelf.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels and wash bag basics provided.

The annex has it's own heating system with a thermostat in the kitchen so you can set your own comfort level!

Please note that there is no television set. Our wifi is great though, so bring an ipad or laptop!

We are in a lovely, very quiet neighbourhood. Situated opposite a park, we are right next to South Oxfordshire AONB with delightful, panoramic walks to Mapledurham.
There is a very well equipped little shop a 5 minute walk away.
There are a couple of great country pubs 20-30 minutes walk away - a pleasant walk across the golf course.
