Just remodeled 4 bedroom penthouse condo with luxury finishes throughout. This is a top floor unit directly on the beach with 180 degree unobstructed ocean views. There is a large community pool and boardwalk over the dunes for an easy walk to the beach.

This condo is perfectly located in the heart of Port Aransas and conveniently inside the “golf cart zone.”

The space
This is only one of two penthouse condos on the top floor of our building with a dedicated elevator that is direct to the two top floor penthouses. It has a large open floor plan with tons of natural lights that is very comfortable for up to 12 guest. The large sliding doors offer wide open ocean views from the Living room, Dinning Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom.

Being a corner penthouse on the top floor of the building, it is very quite and you don’t have to worry about hearing other guests.

With hand-carved furniture sourced from around the world, original artwork and creative designer touches throughout the modern beach-hacienda vibe is intended to give guests a unique 5-star vacation experience.

We want your vacation to be stress free, so we don’t want you to have to haul a ton of stuff down to Port A. So we provide many of the comforts of home and beach necessities such as:

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen - Starbucks Coffee, basic spices, pots and pans, utensils, BBQ tools (for community charcoal BBQ), etc.

This condo is located in the Island Retreat II condo complex and is one of the few properties in Port A that is direct oceanfront right on the beach. We are perfectly located off 11th St in the heart of Port A. The condo is within the "golf cart zone" which allows you to park a rented golf cart on-site and easily access the best restaurants and shopping on the island. (Don't confuse this condo complex with our sister property, Island Retreat 1. This condo is closer to the beach and newer.)
