Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.

The space
Outer areas are combined smoothly with the modern interior and include furnished verandas and a built in sofa that allow you enjoy your drink with a view to the stunning and romantic Aegean sunset. Interior areas are inspired from colors found on the island, that is why materials chosen are natural and follow minimalist lines highlighting Cycladic architecture.
Maison Esperia consists of 2 stories connected with an interior stairway.
On the ground floor, you can find a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a guest WC. The living room has comfortable built in sofas and its roof is covered by natural reed. The spacious veranda is an extension of the living room and offers moments of relaxation with its limitless sea view. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern electric devices, can satisfy every cooking aficionado and has access to another veranda with a garden and side sea view.
The first floor includes 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a spacious balcony with a sea view. The other bedroom has two single beds which can be made as a double.
