Beautiful Cozy 18th Century Cottage centrally located in the beautiful Village of Rowlands Castle, with 3 Pubs, Village Green and Coffee Shop. Recently renovated with large enclosed garden backing onto the Golf Course. Inglenook fireplace with wood burner and off road parking for 2/3 cars plus garage. Fantastic walks and cycling routes from the doorstep. The beautiful South Downs Way is nearby. Close to Goodwood Motor Circuit and Horse Racing. Mainline train station to London 7 min walk.
