Our house is in Morro das Batatas with a lush view of the city of Feliz and the region. House in German style, 2 km from the center, unpaved road, in good condition. There are two independent houses and the house available is the one mentioned in the photos. House for two people with the possibility of accommodating up to 4(sofa bed - same space). The entire outdoor area is shared. *NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE THROUGHOUT the PROPERTY

The space
There are two houses on the property, with distance and position that allow for everyone's privacy. We have a green area with a hammock area, fruit trees and a small spice garden, all organic and available for use by guests. The view is wonderful and we have a gazebo that was built at the foot of the second fig tree. Place to enjoy the lush view of the valley, picnic, meditate, reconnect with nature... besides we have the pool area with barbecue and equipment. The fire pit is behind the main house and is cleared for everyone to use. We have firewood and make the fire whenever the weather allows and you can also make the fire if you want! We are a private property that rents houses and we have no room service. However, we are at your disposal during your stay to assist you. If you need to, we ask you to make contact, so that we can help you make your days with us amazing! We do NOT provide toiletries and Wifi but the 3G and 4G signal is good. We provide bedding, bath linen, pillows, bed cover, winter comforter, thin blanket, toilet paper, salt, sugar and olive oil. The house is well equipped, has air conditioning and a heater that sometimes makes a mini electric fireplace fulfilling its role of heating and charming the space. Electric faucet in the kitchen and heater in the bathroom. Other items described in the house... We recommend the use of insect repellent outside. For convenience, we recommend that guests stop by the supermarket before arriving at the house. You can also count on delivery from some of the city's establishments.

Here you will have an unparalleled experience! You will be in contact with nature without giving up comfort!
If you're lucky you might see a lot of wild animals like nail monkey, lizard, coati, serelepe, tattoo, cotia, and lots of birds... depending on the season... the highlight is for a llama couple Fredolino and Francisca, "our neighbors", who are raised on the neighboring property. We host so that more people can enjoy our mini paradise!
