After a day of countryside exploring, there'll be nothing cosier than returning back to Sueno Villa. Return home to salute the day with a gin on the outdoor comfy sitting, watching the colours explode. Admire the amazing sea views, best viewed up-close and personal where the detail can be truly appreciated.

Exteriors are perfect for those long summer days which seemingly never end. Mojitos are best enjoyed around the pool under the hot sun, while a fresh sea breeze gliding in keeping things cool.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Contemporary meets classic inside the lavish Sueno Villa. Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the luxury cosy living spaces. The two shamelessly romantic bedrooms of the villa are located on ground floor, each of them boasting a Queen Size bed, (1,60x2,00) as well as direct access to the pool terrace. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed, located in the living room area.

For your outmost convenience, the villa boasts two bathrooms, each of them featuring a walk-in shower cabin, with an overhead rainfall shower.

Outside

This luxury villa by the sea is blissfully tucked away commanding breathtaking coastal views. Sueno Villa is set in a 100m2 outdoor area, with a 40m2 private swimming pool (1,40 metres deep). Light the barbecue facilities (gas) to celebrate long summer evenings while indulging in good food and better conversation under balmy skies. With formal lawns and seating areas, along with an exquisite courtyard there are certainly no lack of places to get away from it all.

The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrella, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun and the amazing sea views. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area.

For Relaxation
If its a close-to-the-elements stay you seek - from sea swimming to coast path exploration, Sueno Villa retains an untouched allure. In addition, the outdoor swimming pool is the perfect place to kick back, feet dangling in the water, ice-cold gin and tonic in hand.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 1 car (gated) , as well as parking space for more cars is available outside the villa. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso machine (capsules) & Filter coffee machine, Microwave, Food Processor (Multi), Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Frappe Machine, Manual Blender, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety box, Alarm System, open plan fully equipped kitchen!

Panormos in Rethymno, Greece

Sueno Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.

Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.

What’s more, for your better service and convenience, there is a bus stop 200 meters away from the Villa connecting you with Rethymno town.
